When you think about working at a loom, you think of throwing a shuttle. But if you’ve just started on your weaving journey, this process can feel completely awkward. So today, I’m bringing you my thoughts on the mechanics and strategy of throwing a shuttle.

From there, it’s up to you to find your rhythm and go to town. Keep in mind that this is something you’ll do over and over again so be sure your technique is comfortable and fun for you. Good luck and Happy Weaving!
